Notre Dame Cathedral

Paris, France is known most famously for the Eiffel Tower. And for good reason.

Outside of Moulin Rouge, perhaps the next-most famous tourist trap would be the Notre Dame Cathedral.

Most have heard of the famous cathedral if only because of the famous Disney movie by the same name.

Well, in reality, the Notre Dame Cathedral has no hunchback. But it does have plenty of tourists.

It's slightly difficult to find - given that it's located on the Seine River, at a point where it splits in two. So, it's on an island.

Of course, there are enough tourists heading over there that it's not too difficult to locate.

Once you do arrive, you can choose to pay a pretty penny to enter the cathedral, if that's to your liking. Or, you can simply admire the magnificent structure from the outside.

You likely won't more than a few hours here, but it should be enough time to be able to get a good feel for the structure.

Whatever you choose to do, you'll leave feeling grateful that you had the opportunity to see the cathedral in person.
